The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff and a great location near restaurants and shops. However, the dining experience could be improved, and some noise from the car park may be noticed in certain rooms.
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, but it was a bit noisy on Friday night. The window view overlooked the car park and the lift area, so we had to keep the blinds down. The service was lovely and helpful. The location was terrific for getting around Devonport, with nice views and a quiet atmosphere. The dining experience was not practical during the night. The free room upgrade was fantastic, and the hotel was very close to everything.
